a sausage, egg, hash brown & cheese casserole........made by a co worker...who needs a special award for his breakfast masterpiece....it is my favorite morining dish....and I cherish the very few days a year that he "treats" us with his act of "kindness".  :yes:

Never tried the swiss cheese horseradish thing but I do like a longhorn colby and regular mustard sandwich especially on rye bread.

Got a big hunk of crock pot lasagna out of the freezer this morning and heated that up and had cottage cheese and garlic toast
