I went for the stew meat last night but ended up with a pork loin instead. I seasoned it up w/various spices, garlic and added a bit of EVOO, baby portabellas and wine and tossed it in the crockpot. When I got home tonight I mixed a salad and made a light gravy w/the drippings....so delicious.

Tomorrow the princess is helping me w/crockpot lasagne.

I had a ham sandwich with no cheese and a little beef broth and green peppers  plus a salad at Art's in front of Walmart. I did not like the beef broth as well as on Broadway. It almost tasted like they mixed in some BBQ sauce or maybe just over cooked the broth. I did not feel well but I did enjoy the company I was with and being able to get out of the house for a little bit.
