Hey, it's a pizza day!  One of my cousin's neighbors, who has worked in an Italian restaurant for over 25 years, was nice enough to make and freeze some Chicago style pizza (man pie) for me to bring back to Florida.  :biggrin:  Those damn things are so big I had to cut them in half before baking them, and even then, I only got half of the half down.  Absolutely the best pizza I've ever had!
