I just made the best tuna salad ever!!  I didn't have diced pickles to put in it so instead I diced up a little bit of jalapeno and cilantro and threw that in.  Then I used my Emeril's Southwest spice instead of salt and pepper. 

Yummy!

That soup and bread sounds deliciou...that omelet too :yes: I had pot roast, rosemary new potatoes and seasoned steamed green beans.

Tuna salad, not mine w/lots of veggies cut up in it, but just plain tuna salad on a bed of romaine lettuce. It was okay, it hit the spot so that I'm not hungry, but nothing special. I've got to remember to bring my lunch. :yes:

That sounds tasty -do you make the salad yourself? If so, recipe please ;D I make a tuna salad which is basically a bunch of veggies and a dab of mato and it's tasty, but I'm always looking for something new.
