Thin mint girl scout cookies that have been in the freezer.  I hear Dairy Queen has a new blizzard with this flavor.  I might need to go try it!

Honestly, I don't care if I ever see another girl scout cookie. I know it sounds weird, but I've eaten way too many over the past 5 years. When I was my daughter's leader, I bought from her, from girls whose parents wouldn't allow them to sell, from other troops because they were parked in front of stores. I even resorted to giving them away to the postman, to policeman at a routine traffic stop (they were checking cars for drunk drivers so I gave them some cookies), the division chief at work, my daughter's teachers..you name it. I still had a freezer full.

Anyway....

I had 1/2 Carne Asada burrito w/guacamole and pico and a Corona. <YUM!>

Cherry vanilla pie w/ice cream for dessert.

Little Meiers Creme Sherry #44 to top it off.
