i feel like crap.  that didn't stop me from eating a handful of hot tamales... mmm... cinnamon candies...  :sick2:

A candy cane and chased it with a Mello Yello  :biggrin: I'm anxiously awaiting McDonald's fare. McRibs are the BOMB!!!!!  :bliss: I seem to use the word "bomb" a lot. We need an explosion emoticon LOL!!!  :biggrin: Some Christmas ones would be cool too.  :biggrin:

I had a homemade ham sandwich with mayo and cheese. A Hershey's Krackle bar(miniature) for dessert. Cup of milk. Now hydrating with tap water.

A Waffle House Omelette and Waffle.  They charge me 2.25 for food every shift I work whether I eat or not...so I eat, whether I want to or not. LOL

:'(  they do have calcium in them.... maybe they aggravated my kidneys?   :'(  (i'd rather die than give them up.)
