Grilled chicken breast, smothered in mushrooms & a slice of colby cheese(?), corn on the cob, scalloped potatoes, baked beans & cottage cheese.

We brought the dessert: warm, gooey brownies, vanilla/chocolate ice cream, drizzled with hot fudge & topped with whipped cream

That would have been a backwards night for me, although the chicken sounds delicious...


I'm having a bowl of fruit, but it's not filling me up. I think I might grab a toasted english muffin too.

Flounder and brown rice with broccoli. and jack X4. (substituted for corn)

Whole wheat ravioli and a Bubba Burger cut up like meatballs.  Cheap and easy!  I should be full for most of the day.
