yes, they are a weird purple/red/green color... very delicious... especially in a mixed tomato salad... mmm...

I had a pear tomato for the 1st time the other night. Very tasty in a salad w/cesar dressing, a lil' feta cheese, olives, onions and cucumbers. YUM!



Tonight I had a grilled chicken and bean burrito w/extra jalapenos.

scrambled eggs with angle hair cabbage and mushrooms.  I'm trying to fit in all the veggies I can.  I even made brownies with zucchini this weekend.  :biggrin:

It is just cabbage that is already sliced really thin for coleslaw.  Comes in a bag where the bagged salad is.

LOL well they aren't done yet and it's going on 7, hope you aren't starving or anything, got some home made scalloped potatoes and frozen whole kernal corn (which won't be frozen shortly)
