Last night a friend came over with her classic eggplant parmesan--I won't be able to eat for a week!  Damn, she can cook

Oh, that is my absolute FAVORITE comfort food.  Hubby thinks they're gross so I never have to worry about a can disappearing from the pantry! 

Well, at least you'll never have to worry about running out. I used to live on Ravioli O's.  I've been thinking of making a big pan of Lasagna.

Yep, I had actually fixed one steak too many the other night, and I had already put the steak sauce on it.  I wrapped it in aluminum and put it in the fridge, today I got it out, left the aluminum around it and stuck it in the oven until it got warmed up.  When I opened the aluminum up, the sauce had baked into the steak and it was tasting pretty danged good.

For supper tonight I had: sweet iced tea with fresh lemon slice squeezed into it. A barbeque sandwich and some cole slaw from KFC.
