Yep, I had actually fixed one steak too many the other night, and I had already put the steak sauce on it.  I wrapped it in aluminum and put it in the fridge, today I got it out, left the aluminum around it and stuck it in the oven until it got warmed up.  When I opened the aluminum up, the sauce had baked into the steak and it was tasting pretty danged good.
Looks like I've come full circle.

For supper tonight I had: sweet iced tea with fresh lemon slice squeezed into it. A barbeque sandwich and some cole slaw from KFC.
