I'm having leftover taco pizza from last night. I didn't have a corn dog at the fair. Infact we didn't eat anything at the fair. Usually we pig out when we go, but the food seemed kind of suspect. The fair had been going on for a week, and some of the meat they were cooking, just did not smell right. We both had turned stomachs from it. My husband said he got a bad vibe from it, which was good enough for me, because he never has anykind of vibe about anything LOL!!! He's just a little close minded about gut feelings,vibes, and intuition. So, we ordered a taco pizza from Casey's, and brought it home. Im having the leftovers for breakfast.  :yes:

When I was little my Mom used to make ravioli from scratch. It had less salt than canned. I was on a no salt diet most of my childhood, because I have a bad heart. That really sucked.  :yes: I just eat canned now.  :yes:

A cheesed burger grilled out in the open :biggrin: homemade potato salad, and homemade baked beans.  We had a cookout at Mounds Park yesterday.

I got a little tickled, my son-in-law was talking to couple of his firends while we were eating, and I over heard one woman say This is good, who made it?  son-in-law pointed to me and said she did.  Then she said, the baked beans are good too, who made them? son-in-law pointed to me and said she made those too.  they looked at me and said, they are really good, I said thankyou. Then someone said something about hot dogs,and my son-in-law said, "I cooked them"  to which I piped up (trying to be a little funny) and said "but I provided them"  LOL  we all had a little chuckle, it was a good day. :)
Looks like I've come full circle.

Fruit salad of my own creation :biggrin: again. We hit the produce stand this weekend and I have all of this great fruit. The only thing different between yesterday's fruit salad and today is that I added a fresh apricot and kiwi. I forgot I had them.
