it was see it and eat it day:

stir fry with scallops, shrimp and crab, peppers, broccoli, snow peas and covered in extra spicy general tao style sauce, with fried rice and crab Rangoon--and I actually cooked it myself!  Because my friends begged me to make it, and because I had nothing else I wanted to do this afternoon.

A true milestone, because I don't like to cook.

Spaghettio's

I have to eat bread and butter when I eat spaghettio's.  Just something my babysitter always served!  I haven't had those in a while.  I might have to look for a coupon!


I'm going to try my hand on a fajita casserole of some sort.  I know I can't make fajitas worth a crap, but if I throw all the stuff together and put it in the oven, it ought to be good.  Wish me luck!

Spaghettio's

I love Spaghetti O's.  The bread is used to sop up the sauce. Sometimes when I make them, I fry them in a skillet. I know it sounds weird, but it thickens the sauce. I haven't had those in a long time.

I like them too, but I can only get the kind with meatballs, and I don't like the meatballs.

Fajita stuff is good except the tortillas didn't make it through the baking process.  I guess there was too much liquid and now they are also liquid.  Oh well, everything else is yummy.

From the deli at Winn-Dixie: Chicken tenders, turnip greens, mashed potatoes and gravy, a roll and home made sweet tea with a slice of lemon. Yum, Yum, what's for dessert Grandma!!!
