breakfast burrito w/potatoes, a sauteed medley of peppers sweet (red and green), jalapeño , green onion, mushrooms, tomatoes 1 scrambled egg and a sprinkle of cheese. I had spicy fresh salsa on the side and V8.

I also made a less spicy version for Lil' Mojo.

Me too!  I had to make it today or my avocados would not have been good.  I'll eat it in two days!  There is no problem with that! haha

I used to get a burger from this place I worked it had guac, bacon, and cheddar on it.  They also had it with a chicken breast!  So yummy! You didn't need anything else on it!
