Of course the c/a had to run overtime since I had the oven on for 4 hours but it was well worth it...

I used to live in North Carolina, in Charlotte.  The first time I ordered a cheeseburger with everything and I got slaw, I thought I was going to be sick. LOL.  They had to give me a new cheeseburger.

The BBQ changes depending on where you are in NC. I like the one that's made w/vinegar and salt and pepper and I'm not sure what else. Isn't there a place called Mr. B's or something like that that's popular there?

I had a thin slice of pork loin roast marinated in garlic and lemon, Cesar salad and a tablespoon of homemade mac and cheese.

That is eastern BBQ which is what I had.  The more west you go, the more of a red tomato base it is.  I go to Smithfield BBQ.  It is a local chain.  I'll have to look for Mr. B!

I am a sucker for homemade mac and cheese.  I might have to make some tomorrow! With tomato on top!
