my grandmother used to buy the happy meals, and then she saved the toys that came in them to hand out as little gifts to the great-grandkids.  As if they didn't already have a ton of McDonald's Happy Meal Toys.  LOL

Bingo! Pariann. I do the same thing for my grandkids. Knowing they have every conceivable thing that comes out. Why do I even think about doing stuff like that. :smitten:

I buy the happy meals too. It isn't so much food like the value meals. If I eat too much for lunch then I get sleepy. Plus, I use the toys for caches.

BTW, I had left over roasted chicken and small bit of Cesar salad w/homemade sweet tea.
