Which one has declared bankruptcy more times?

THAT isn't a crime.   Which one has/is being investigated by the FBI for criminal wrong-doings?

Maybe not, but it sure reveals a lot about his morality and decency. Just ask the people out of work in Atlantic City.

He also managed to save many jobs by going ch 11, and restructured his deal and got it back to a profitable business.

If you are really interested in his morality and decency....google it.  He has done many, many wonderful things for people.  He is a very charitable guy.

Hank, he did it FOUR TIMES! Tell us how many jobs he saved! How profitable are they now?

Just because she was a Senator and 'appointed' to Sec of State.....doesn't mean she is qualified.  She may very well go down as the worst SOS in history.

What has she accomplished as a Senator?  The Middle East is imploding.....ISIS is rampart.  She has done a bang up job hasn't she.

Does her being on the brink of being indicted by the FBI make her more qualified?

Trump is twice the leader than Hillary EVER thought about being.  I would LOVE to see the polls on our military, who they trust the most.

Which one has created more jobs in their life time?

Give me some of what you're smoking.  I understand that you don't like her, nor will your personal biases ever allow you to like her, but to say that Trump is more qualified to be POTUS than she is just shows you're impervious to reality.

Is it moral; is it right?  Is it ok to keep writing off the debts you rack up?  I can maybe see it once, when you're young but to use it as your escape route for your bad decisions.  Are you saying you think that's ok?

I think that CH 11, which is what Trump filed for four times, is a good thing.  It doesn't mean he can write off his debts that he racks up...It means that he restructured the business plan and the finances in order to keep it from being liquidated.

When most people hear the term bankruptcy, it sounds as if it means that people are getting screwed........but in many cases, such as the four times Trump filed, it always meant that a Chapter 11 reorganization and it is more of a "sound business decision" than a "poor business decision".

I have read that the gaming industry is a tough business to run, and has many challenges to it.  Trump has managed to have much success in this area.  Overall,  It's better than the business shutting down completely...which is something that he has managed to do...with at least 3 out those 4 business.

You ask me if I think it is ok?  It depends on each situation......but I think the CH 11 is usually a good thing.

That's exactly what it means.

No, not necessarily, CH 11 means that people are NOT going to get screwed....they are going to get their money, not when they planned on, but still are going to get paid.
So, it IS a good business move, sometimes.

Everybody, just listens to the drive by media, shooting off at the mouth.....they hear Trump/Bankrupt, and it means he is a screw-up.

and you guys accuse us for "parroting"....it works both ways fellas.

In Trump's 2009 bankruptcy alone, creditors lost over $1 billion and more than 1,100 people lost their jobs.

Since you keep yammering on about what a great businessman Trump is, let's examine that a little more closely; shall we?

Trump took his casino business public in 1995 at $10.00 per share.  For the next nine years up until he was forced into bankruptcy by his creditors, he held the majority of the voting shares and served as the chairman of the board.  During that time, his company lost over $647 million and his investors' shares dwindled until they were worth less than $1.00 each.  In contrast, during that same time, investors in Harrah's casinos doubled their money and investors in MGM and Starwood quadrupled theirs.  The only person who made money off of the venture was Trump himself; he became even wealthier while everyone around him was losing their asses.  You might call that shrewd business; most other people call it fraud.

First of all, those creditors took the risk.......and those 1,100 jobs people lost, where jobs, HE CREATED.....this time they lost.  After several HUNDRED business deals, four times he has had to use CH11.....and because of Trump and his great dealings, he now employs OVER 22,000 people!! and growing.

So that's how it works; huh?  When someone's mortgage gets foreclosed on, it's the bank's fault because they took the risk?  Or when someone writes off medical bills in bankruptcy, the doctors and hospitals took the risk?  Does this awesome moral compass of yours come from your religion?

Quote....and those 1,100 jobs people lost, where jobs, HE CREATED...

Maybe he did but then he filled those jobs with foreign workers for whom he applied for H-2B visas.  Way to make America great!
