As I've said before, "These ass-hats will only believe that climate change and global warming are real when they are frying like fat-back in a hot skillet; and then it will be too late to do anything to change it."

If I am lucky, I'll have already crossed over before they start frying, but rest assured my fine friends, that I will be awaiting their arrival on the other side, with an extra large pimp-slap to greet them when they arrive.  O0

Here is a link to a Google spreadsheet showing the abysmal turnout percentages by state in the 2014 general election, along with a supporting link to where the data were sourced.

Indiana...lowest in the country!  If that was America speaking they were saying, "I don't give a shit about mid-term elections."

That just shows WHO exactly the "Stupid" party is then, because the intelligent people knew how important it was to get out and vote.....who gives a shit if it is mid terms?  I have not missed a vote since I was 18.  They all are important and a privilege to participate in them.  I think those who don't give a shit, should lose their privileges to continue to do so.

I think you should have to take a test before being allowed to do so in the first place...same for breeding.

Interesting piece from Houston Chronicle right-wing blogger, Chris Ladd, in which he explains not only why it will be virtually impossible for the GOP to take the White House in 2016 but why they probably won't be able to maintain control of the Senate either.  It's refreshing to see a realistic conservative point out the flaws in his own party's strategy (hint: many of the issues he highlights as destroying the party are the same as those our resident neocons are constantly bringing up right here on this very forum).

The missing story of the 2014 election
