Dems control the Senate and the White House.............a little compromise is all it takes to get whatever a good leader would want.  The problem is he doesn't want to negotiate.

It takes leadership.  We are lacking in leadership.

A good leader could go to the American public and convince them to pressure their reps into doing what they want done.
