He got plenty of coverage on the news. 

I have seen a little about it, but it has not been in the media much, wonder why? He certainly isn't a good doctor, if what he is accused of is true (and I think it probably is).

It's the lack of coverage on the other one that also pisses me off.  I posted like I did to see how many of you had even heard the story.

This story has had very little to no coverage on the lame stream media and the other has.   Has nothing to do with color what-so-ever dumb ass.  It was those of his own race he was doing this to for the most part and any way you look at it it's wrong.  Get off that damn racist thing it does nothing but make you look ridiculous in cases like this.

To me it isn't so much that he was performing abortions it is the condition of the clinic and that the BOH knew about it and let him slide on inspections for,  I'm thinking it was, 10 or more years.  He was using untrained staff and killed a woman.  If that's being a racist to object to that kind of thing just because a man happens to be black so be it.  Let them call us racist RC we know who the true racists are.

No, it's being racist because a white dentist was caught in non-compliance that endangered far more people, scores of whom will live for the rest of their lives with serious health issues and will die early, and there wasn't a single peep made by you about that.

Just because no one has died yet doesn't mean the dentist hasn't contributed to shortening anyone's life...lots of people.  Both cases have been covered in the media but I've seen much more on the abortion doctor than the dentist.

In no way have I suggested that the abortion doctor should get off because he's black; I merely rhetorically questioned why this case was so important for you to mention here when another equally egregious example of a doctor failing to live up to his vows wasn't worth your time.  I think we all know the answer to that one.

Well you think wrong.  This doctor, and I use the term loosely, is on trial for murder and the dentist isn't.  The dentist was shut down and this clinic was operating for at least 11 yrs without being inspected and the BOH knew about the conditions but did nothing.  Why?  This guy's lawyer is even trying to use the racist defense to get him off saying the government is only prosecuting him because he is black.  Now that is a crock.  Being black doesn't excuse doing wrong.
