Why am I a idiot?  obama and his media henchmen have been trying to scare people for t he last two weeks.  This is all a hoax just like global warming, but you believe that one too.  A decrease in the amount of increase we are going to spend is not a cut.  It will not affect me either way.

I got mail today too and had to pull over for an ambulance and fire truck to pass when I went to the store.

I honestly don't think they get that part about the decrease in the increase much less the part that it's only a little over 2% of that.  Just think we get to do this all over again in about 3 weeks.  I can hardly wait.

I doubt the ambulance and fire truck were operated by Federal employees.

In any case, by law, the government must give employees 30 days notice before they can furlough them, even for a single day furlough. So the first furloughs you see will be next month.

You know, we could also save a lot of money by turning people like you away when you show up looking for health care.  It isn't like you can really pay for it nor have you ever been a substantially regular contributor to the tax base and you're dumb as rocks so what's the point in keeping people like you alive?  I say we let you pay for your health care out of your pocket and when you're out of money, we pull the plug and let you die.  The world ends up being a better place and we save money!
