The real reason is that because "seen" is the past participle of to see; it should be used with the auxiliary verb to have...but you wouldn' understand proper english.

More proof that you don't understand what you parrot from others ...

""seen" is the past participle of to see; it should be used with the auxiliary verb to have"

Hence, "I have seen."

I'm not the one who USED it that way, it was EX.  You just proved what I was talking about.  Go back and read.

Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.

Re: March 1 government shutdown: I think the republicans have met their match in Obama. Imagine that.  :sneaky:

But, speaking of politicians in general, I like what Mike Barnacle said on Morning Joe on Thursday morning regarding the so-called sequester:

(paraphrase) "Watching what has been going on is like watching two people looking at a house burning down while they argue about who started the fire."

Oh NO!!!!! You DIDN'T!

You would think you would have learned by now. I hate that you made me do this.

Seen is not the only past participle of a verb that requires the use of an auxilliary verb; done would be another:

Indiana stands to incur the loss of 13.8 million in educational funding, see 11,000 department of defense layoffs of civilian employees, and other negative impacts due to this shut down / sequester.

Watch as this state gets punked by the GOP back into the 60's.
