They blow it out of proportion. Your problem is that you take a city with a population of millions and compare it to a city with a population of thousands. Moreover, you interpret a triage procedure of 911 calls to mean that the police will no longer respond to 911 calls surrounding murder.

And you expect anyone to take you seriously?  :rolleyes:
