1.  When  he first took office 32 million people on food stamps, now 47 million.

2 .Median income down $4000.00.

3. Gas when he took office $1.84 now $3.26.

4. Health insurance up 29%.

5. GDP to debt ratio when he took office 70% now 103% and credit down grade.

6. Disability checks up 18%.

Why does he not fix all this?

It's pretty simple really.

1, 2, 5, 6 are due to the fact the repugnican party and the tea billies they forced into office have said NO to everything  proposed, including their own bills when presented by the democratic party, for about 5 years now. They have held the least amongst us hostage to their political ideals, trashed the credit rating of this nation in the process, and continue to hold our social safety nets hostage under the threat of killing them.

Median income is down due to the fact there are about 197 million unemployed in this nation, plus millions more under-employed; and all of this due to the loop-holes and resulting manufacturing flight from this nation facilitated by the "trade agreements" and other legislation. Not to mention "deregulation". And lets not forget the union busting activity of the repugnicans, and their endorsement of "right to work" and "at will" statehood.

3. Drill baby, drill - Spill baby, spill - Repugnicans kneel at the altar of the oil and gas industry and have championed their cause and multi-billion dollar profits on the backs of the citizens of this nation for decades. They fight alternative energy measures tooth and nail, and couldn't give a rats ass about the environment. They fight regulation of the industry with just as much vigor, and spread propaganda to assure the bleating sheep join them in their crusade. Cry me a river of those crocodile tears while you are at it. You want someone to blame look into your own house first, for that is where the root cause will be found.

4. The HCRA was originally designed to reign in out of control health-care costs and put regulatory controls back onto the administration of healthcare insurers and costs. After removing the teeth it passed, and we wonder why it is business as usual with these morons?
