(CNN) - A Wisconsin judge on Friday ruled as unconstitutional major portions of the controversial state law that restricted the collective bargaining rights of many public employees.

Dane County Circuit Judge Juan B. Colas found several aspects of the law contrary to both the state and U.S. constitutions. . . .

Seems in their rush to burn the rights of union workers, conservatives trampled all over their constitutional rights!

Wow.

Continually breaking new ground in the area of dullness and being inconsiderate.

Proving it daily.

I appreciate your helping me to understand just what conservatives are all about.

Thank you.

There was a vote, the people spoke, what can be more clear than that?  What is the point in voting if it isn't going to count and the dems keep wanting a do over every time things don't go their way?

The people spoke?   I thought it was the legislature and governor's actions that led to passage of the law.

Now surely you don't expect legislators, or the public in general for that matter, to always vote for things that are constitutional, right?

I stand corrected.  You're right...it's been a loooong day.  They, the people, voted on whether to keep the same governor in office the dems left town to keep from voting on the collective bargaining issue.

And your snarky attitude speaks louder than your half-assed apology.

A person with integrity would have said, flat out, "I'm sorry, I was wrong," instead of your half-assed apology with a spin to say something negative at all costs to save your ignorant reply.

God, you never quit being a jerk.

And you never directly reply to a point.

Aren't you going to directly apologize for your snark, or are you so obtuse that you don't even see it?

Dumber than a rock, with the sensitivity of a cactus.

I've seldom ever seen such a combination, even on the internet.

Do you apologize for snarks?  It was true and they took the chicken way out so I was within my rights to make it. I'm entitled, free speech ya know.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, we know about free speech, we know that lawmakers are to make laws that are not a violation of the American Constitution, and their state Constitution.

But one question, why is it that when the Republicans get a majority of the votes in a senate or the house of representatives?  They vote against unions and the working people's rights.  Against women's rights to control their own body and equal pay for equal work.  In other words their war against women.  Plus passing laws to restrict voters voting and their rights to vote?

People who are Republican and vote Republican do not have any morals or self respect for other people rights and well being.  The Republicans and the Republican Party are the SCABS of the earth.  Got that Skippy.  Just saying.
