Now that the dust has settled down..........am I understanding this properly? But did the SCOTUS just clearly indicate, for a fact, that Obama and the democrats LIED?
Either they lied or the bill is unconstitutional, right?

I think both answers are right. 


But, it is what it is.  It has been rather interesting just to sit back and watch how the last 6 years has unfolded.

I will continue to watch with deep interest, as just how a party can continue to blame another party for the destruction of this nation.

BTW, the Heritage Foundation lauded the idea of the individual mandate and your boy Bod Dole actually ran on it and your candidate instituted it in his home state.  Didn't seem to be an issue until a black man put it in place.

Amazing how HH and 'me' continue to belabor the point of a tax/fee/penalty that will affect only 1-2% of the population, and a percentage of which neither one of them is likely included.  That lends a large amount of credence to Exterminator's racism statements.   Neither of them are going to be affected by it, but yet here they are daily screaming like stuck pigs over something that their own presidential candidate has done himself in the past.

How is being critical of a trillion dollars stimulus bill, that did not help the nation, as he said it would, have anything whatsoever to do with his skin.  Quit it.  That is just BS and propaganda, accusing those who disagree with this potus is racist.  I am critical of a HC bill, that was passed, before congress knew what all was in it.  One that had closed door meanings, and was passed by the Senate on Christmas Eve.  They could not even muster up ONE republican vote!!!  Not one!

I not just disliked Obama for this, I disliked Reid and Pelosi, who are white btw.

the fact is Troll, Obama DID lie...that is a well documented fact now, that the SCOTUS proved.  They (the dems) misled the American people to "sell' their goods....it was poor leadership, that is obvious now.
