APD has arrested two teenagers, and are seeking two additional teenagers, suspected of setting two grass fires on the east side.

Great, just what we need during a drought!  :roll eyes:

Especially with the immaturity level that is prevalent within the population in this city. There are those who will do anything to get their name and face on CNN. . . Anyone that thinks Amber Portwood is an anomaly needs to seriously rethink their perspective.
