Go ahead guys, tell me what you really think.  I guess i look at all the bailouts and bank failures, and stock market freak out days, and all that stuff when i think of money spent we cant afford.  Now i dont know who started it, but it should have been stopped in the last three years, and i dont see that.

And maybe there are parts of government that are well run, but medical?  And are there death panels? Will the government see a reduction in older population that does not work, but that does collect payments each month as the answer to spending less?  I dont care which party has control, that is something that just doesnt feel good in my head (admittedly a fuzzy head).

And i remember that he said...we will go over bills line by line.  we will have transparency....i really dont see where that happened.  He just hasnt been successful.

I dont think the Republicans are going to destroy middle class, i think our values are doing that.  Parents who dont get involved in education, kids who have no expectations to excel, families who have forgotten to be families.  Movies and television that show unrealistic views on what is acceptable community living. Video games that promote violence, and parents who set no standard for their kids regarding drugs/alcohol.  Those are the things that are killing us all.  And as many democrats as republicans have set the rules, made the laws, and have devalued all of us.

And i will admit i dont know shinola about this stuff.   I just process what i hear and read.  And you guys alread know i am totally not politically inclined so most of what i read is right here.  So its your fault!

^^ I don't think you've read much of that around here.

Leave Fox New alone.  They lie, distort and don't tell you the whole story.  Watch MSNBC.   Watch all that you can, they will tell you the truth and there is no lying bullshit.

And for god sake don't believe anything the twins say, they are brain dead.  :knife:

This is a case validating selective memory. Just as in nature, when an animal needs to find food it will take the quickest and easiest path to it; every time. And so it goes with learning and memory; if it is hard and requires work to understand and recall, the largest portion of the masses will believe only those portions of what they read/hear/see that are easiest for them to understand a recall.

Its also the main reason religion has had the success it has enjoyed over the centuries; easier to attribute everything to some great sky-daddy than to figure it out. . .

Sky Daddy, is he the one who creates all of the cripple and brain damaged children, floods, tornadoes, starvation and all of the religious killing and war.  He's doing one hell of a job.  Hell, we don't need the devil.  :devil29:

Yep!  It's the weak link in our system of government.
Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.
