I think there will definitely be one.  Fortunately, the one I'm most certain about (Pittman) won't matter much.

Probably. . . but I wouldn't bet on it. There is probably a lot of pressure from the NBA as well as the franchise owners themselves to make it go 7 games. (More money to be made).
