Got some housework done, ate lunch, earlier this morning I put some pork loin in the slow cooker w/bbq sauce for pulled pork sammiches for supper tonight and I'm thinkin' it's nap time now.......  :biggrin:  :sleepy:

So far I've managed to get dumplings made and cut, the chicken is ready to cut up as soon as it cools down, 'tater's cut up and soakin' in water, some laundry done, ate lunch, and I'm thinkin' it's startin' to feel like nap time again today.......  Love those naps and have a lot to of them make up for from when I didn't have time for them over the years......  :biggrin:

I had to shovel when I got home in the wee hours of the morning this morning.

I didn't dare crank up the snow blower at that time of the night, and I knew my wife would have issues trying to get out if I didn't shovel. . .

Just curious "... dumplings made and cut..."  Do you make your dough for dumplings from scratch? I make mine from Bisquick -- just mix it up, roll into balls, pop into the broth.
