Just a random comment...not been on here much because I've been working on someone's computer.  Been on it two days already, and looks like I may have a third one coming.   Nasty Nasty virus/malware.  It's called XP Antimalware 2010, and the sonuvagun takes over the whole freaking registry.   Can't use Folder options, system restore, regedit....it screws with exe files, deletes your antivirus executable files.  It's just nasty!!

And for anyone that doesn't know...that's one of my self-employed jobs....computer repair.  I LOVE it!!

Sounds similar to the one I got about a year ago.  Had to remove it little by little from the registry keys before I could even do anything in safe mode or restore.  I'm really glad I realized how I got it and wrote it down so I would know what to look for in the registry.  I shut down what I had clicked on and shut off my modem to disconnect from the internet  before it dumped the whole thing on me so I wasn't completely locked out fortunately.

  Hon, I am alway of being accused of judging someone by their picture.  Maybe it's your eyeliner.
But, I'm sorry you look a little to thin.  There is nothing wrong with being skinny, but being bony is to much.

  I still think you should cut down of you calorie burning, maybe some strength training.  I'll bet you are really weak in some ways other than you legs.  See how long you can stand with a can of soup of something and see how long you can hold them straight out  from your body or how many pushups you can do.  I'll bet, not many.

   Just Goggle in "eating to be healthy" get a good diet and follow is as hard as  your are working out.  Cut out those high carbo's, sugar and anything white.  Did you know that eating a good diet can give you some peace of mind.

i work out on the bowflex as well-lateral pull down of 100-120 lbs.  the only weakness is bench pressing-left shoulder can't do more than a 30 lb since surgery (i think it equates to 15 per shoulder, poor lefty.)  i do zero push ups (too much stress on shoulder).  i leg press 200 when i'm in the mood.

some of mantises (mantii? haha) have hatched.  muahahah i will unleash them in the landscaping boxes!  feed!  feed, my tiny minions!  hahaha.

Ya, mantises (or mantids, iffen ya wants ta refer to the larger group of them critters).

If you can rig a camera with zoom and the ability to capture multiple shots/second, you can get some outrageous photographs.

They are incredibly fast (front legs) when capturing prey.
