thanks for the advice, troll.  i mentioned it to my doctor before-my kidneys have been steadily going to hell and i was gestationally diabetic (and family history of diabetes).  2 days without sugar and there were high keytones in my urine-i don't even know what that means.  he didn't feel it necessary to check my sugar.  and now i have no insurance.
don't threaten me with a good time.

Well, kid it doesn't sound good.  Keytones are not a good thing to have in your blood.  You have to find out now if you have low or high sugar.  There are diets that can help keep under control.  If your having kidney problems now, you had better find out as soon as you can. LIKE NOW!

My brother-in-law who die last week, was going though dialysis three times a week.  Because he had lost both of his kidneys.  If you should have seen him after he had one, you sure don't want to lose your kidney.  Remember you have yourself and your child to worry about.

Good Luck, The Troll

Goggle in help for diabetics and read up on it.  It is a killer.  I do mean A KILLER!

I'm roolin' a blunt now.

Lucky dog. At 4:20 this afternoon I was stuck in a histrionic (mostly melodramatic) disciplinary session. When I looked at my watch and saw I missed it, I fired the SOB in a fit of pique.

Oh relax, you two. I'm certain I don't have the authority to fire either of you.

Just interested, why are you walking so much?  Losing weight.  Training for a marthon or something.  Who am I to say, that I think 9 miles a day seems much.  Unless you are trying to get into shape or losing weight.  I don't think it is something a normal person would every day.

Find out anything about you sugar level.  People are not to pass out. Healthy people just don't pass out.

I have seen many TV shows on young women who exercise to an excess, have some times, many other problems.  Like Bulimia and Anorexia.  Thinking that being thin is being beautiful.  No so.

Not saying in any way that you would even think about this.  I know of young woman here in my town who practiced the old finger down the throat after eating anything and working out 4 or 5 hours per day.  She looked like a sack of bones with skin stretched over them.   She was passing out and her body chemistry was was really fouled up.  Diabetes was one of them.  She was hospitalized.  The family moved out of town, so I don't know what become of her.

  So take care of youself.

The Troll.

Just a random comment...not been on here much because I've been working on someone's computer.  Been on it two days already, and looks like I may have a third one coming.   Nasty Nasty virus/malware.  It's called XP Antimalware 2010, and the sonuvagun takes over the whole freaking registry.   Can't use Folder options, system restore, regedit....it screws with exe files, deletes your antivirus executable files.  It's just nasty!!

And for anyone that doesn't know...that's one of my self-employed jobs....computer repair.  I LOVE it!!
Looks like I've come full circle.
