Maybe the mayor is planning on hiring more cops....oooorrr....wants to make sure they aren't too far from any potential problems so there will be a donut shop every so many miles, or blocks, apart.   :biggrin:

I am dragging my tail this morning. . . Ever have one of those days where you are sitting at work and all your mind can focus on is wishing you had some kind of Carrie-like ability to destroy the local power grid? That way there would be no power to your place of work and you could go home and do something worth doing!  :rant:
