136 miles since march 30.  wow.  i might even get a few in today (or tonight... when the weather cools off some).

You know, that's a good way to keep track of your walking to add incentive. Although I enjoy walking and I walk quite a bit every day. I don't have a clue how much I walk. Maybe I'll get a pedometer and start keeping track and challenge myself to so X amount in Y amount of time. :yes:

LOL! Yup...just as much as the 12 oz curls I like to do on weekends ;D Hey wait! I have to walk to the fridge to get my weight equipment...see more walking!
