I read about this earlier today and I thought about you. I wondered if it was near you or not. They said he is prolly over in Missouri now but they don't really know. Whacknutz like him are unpredictable.

If yah shoot him outside make sure to get him inside before you call the law. Or, if you have a drop gun put it in his hand. . .  :wink:

Seriously though. Get your weapons out, check them over, make sure they are loaded and easily reached by you. If you hear something don't go look unless you are packing.

STERLING, Ill. (July 1) - Authorities say the Illinois State Police have captured an ex-convict suspected of killing eight people in two states.

FBI spokeswoman Kelly Brennan says 28-year-old Nicholas T. Sheley was captured Tuesday in Granite City, about 10 miles north of St. Louis. She didn't immediately have more information about the arrest.

Thank God they caught him. People in town were starting to panic, and that is not a good thing. Galesburg has maybe 2 murders a year. I've been told there are more that the cops don't 'press release' as murders. There is a severe drug problem there. A couple of years ago a guy was walking out of Walmart, holding his 3 year old little boy's hand, and got just about to his car, when he was shot 9 times in a drive-by,  by some thugs he stole money from. He survived and is now doing prison time with his assailants. You just never know what's gonna happen these days. That incident shook the town up REAL bad.  :no:

Isn't that ironic, in a way.  He stole money, then went shopping at Walmart...where things are less expensive, and anyone with a paycheck can shop there affordably.
