Grass is just starting to get that greenish tinge in some places. I guess we're about 3-4 weeks behind you!

They are awesome mowers. Ours has a 52 inch mowing deck. We have an acre and a half, and we can knock the whole yard out in about 45 minutes. It sounds like a race car LOL!!!  :biggrin:

Okay I've mowed for the first time this year.  What is really stupid is whoever lived here before me must have just bought any old grass seed and threw it around.  For the most part I have Bermuda and it is still brown and dormant.  But right smack in the middle of my gigantic back yard it is just as big and green as it can be!!  It grows in clumps.  Would that be fescue?  I kinda like the idea of my back yard staying green year round.  The front can stay dormant!

I noticed last week that my tulips had sprouted.  I'm thinking of, at some point building on to the house where they grow.  I hope I can manage to dig them up and transplant them when the time comes, without damaging them.
Looks like I've come full circle.

Just make sure when you go to transplant them, it must be done in the Fall.  :yes:
