It was only a dusting, no accumulation. It's 7:14 pm, and the temperature is a balmy 16*, the wind is a blowin' at 14mph, and the wind chill factor is 1*. Tonight's expected low is 0* and the wind chill factor is expected to be -30*, yes that's -30*. I pity my poor Hubby, working on the docks, in the Windy tonight.  :'( This is the coldest Winter we've had in our area, in a very long time.  :cold:
