He has stolen my heart, Dex. He actually looks like that now, just a lil' smaller version and he lets his tongue hang over his teeth and bottom lip, like he's going to do a raspberry. LOL

Oh, I'm going to check out a cat rescue this week. Someone was telling me about it and they allow younger children to help out there and I think Lil' Mojo would love it.
Wow, that's a great idea PIYA. It sounds like Benji is a great little dog.

Lex, is there any way you can get him back? If she left him with somebody else, that means she  didn't want him anymore, maybe that person would give him back to you.  Just a thought.

I think we should play the Grinch game.

when we are done, maybe we can go by zoners houses and sing christmas carols.

i got skymiles out the wazoo.  travel is no problem, long as one of us is sober enough to read gate numbers.

LMAO!!!! Wouldn't we be a sight to behold?  :spooked: Can I bring my big Grinch? Maybe, he could be our driver? He could shuttle us to the correct gates, and then when we touched down, he could drive our rental Limozine LOL!!!!  Of course we would have to provide him with a female Grinch escort for the evening. He's down with the ladies ya know.  Infact, I think it's stipulated in his contract.  I'm in!!! Anybody else want to join us?

I discovered when I was in the service that drinking on planes was GREAT! One particular trip from Hawaii to San Fran they had the lack of good sense to let me and some Navy NCO into the booze cart. The trick is to pick out someone on the plane that stands out and follow them to the baggage. There was some lady with a huge hat with a feather I followed through the airport and lo and behold I found my luggage.

By the time I got to Des Moines it was very simple, mine was the Army dufflebags and the only things left on the spinning luggage thingy.  I just waited until everyone got their stuff and "ta da" the remaining was MINE. I can't remember who came and got me at the airport though, but I know I slept in the backseat the 90 miles home. Love those drinking flights.
And thus I clothe my naked villainy
With old odd ends, stol'n forth of holy writ;
And seem a saint, when most I play the devil.

rookie!!!!!

everyone knows you go the bar across from youir gate and get sh*tfaced before you get on the plane.  drinks on the plane are just to keep the buzz.

I bow to your wisdom on this matter for I am over a decade out of practice in said subject.

I think I'm finally defeating this cold, or flu, or whatever it is I have.  There's some nasty bugs going around this year.  Thank goodness for Alka Seltzer cold plus..the only thing that helps me feel a little better.

I need to get off my butt, and start decorating the house for Christmas. I think I'm putting up my tree today.  GOOD TIMES!!!!

Do you have a "ritual" when you put up your tree? We always put on "Christmas Vacation" to play in the background and we used to make hot cocoa and cookies, but here it's usually too warm for the hot cocoa, so we do milk instead. Although, if it stays as chilly as it has been then I'll be making some delicious homemade hot cocoa this year.
Only after the last tree has been cut down. Only after the last river has been poisoned. Only after the last fish has been caught. Only then will you find that money cannot be eaten. - -Cree Indian Prophecy

Usually, our Christmas tree ritual is us bitching, and belly aching, and saying things like, "Why the hell do we do this to ourselves each year?" LMAO!!! I'm kidding, we did that last night, when we went to Walmart,to buy lights to decorate our yard. LOL!!!  I usually decorate the tree by myself. I'm extremely particular on how I want things done.  :spooked: Really, it's an obsession. I think I've got some kind of disorder LOL!!! Things have to match, and be perfectly centered, and I don't like uneven numbers. I think I have obsessive compulsive disorder.  I don't know how my husband stands me sometimes.  Ya know, that perfect Christmas that Chevy tries to achieve? I'm that way to an extent on EVERYTHING  I do.  :spooked:

I'd drive you absolutely crazy then.  I let the kids decorate the tree and I supervise a little and after they go to bed I move a thing or two around to places w/out anything, but for the  most part, it's their creation. I don't think I have more than two ornaments that match and much of my decoration is things that little fingers have made over the years. This year, I'm getting a fresh start on decorations and I'll let my daughter choose, but I secretly hope for multi color...the more the better...except the lights. I like white lights on a tree, but it's up to her. Now packages...I buy way more wrapping paper than I need because I like lots of different patterns under a tree.

I had a friend who would buy all the same paper and went as far as to wrap over gifts she was given so they'd match under the tree.

I refuse to use multicolored lights. The strands have to be one color. Although... last year we bought a fiber optic tree, and its lights are multicolored *ugh*. This year, we're doing our outside lights in green and clear. Last year it was blue and clear, and 2 years ago, it was red and clear. My tree ornaments are "Country Kitchen' from Lakeside Collection, and I do add gingerbread cookie ornaments. Cookies and kitchens just go together you know? He he, your friend sounds completely crazy, even worse than me,and I didn't know that was possible LMAO!!!

Exactly the way I do things too.  Except doesn't look like I'm doing the tree decorating thing. I would have to be back in my house  by 12/11 and I don't see it happening.  Instead, my daughter will have her tree with the O/C thing that Dex has. LOL
Looks like I've come full circle.

Mother_Earth

I need to get busy with decorating!
