i walked over 7 miles last week.  2 days, i didn't walk at all.  (except for running beasties to school... 3/4 of a block one way).
don't threaten me with a good time.

That is outstanding  vxn. I need to get myself motivated and get this heart pumping. Any exercise would be  beneficial.

Guys, I have my fitness challenge thread...we could motivate each other.  :yes:

I walk 12 blocks most days (I ride the trolley once or twice a month) and all during my 1/2 hour lunch break. I need someone to motivate me to move once I get home from work.  :smile:

Exercise is a great way to unwind, but I like the Zone better. LOL

thank you...

i usually walk no less than 2 miles a day... we have the Western Reserve Greenway Trail that cuts 25 miles through the county--we walk 6 miles those days.  and now i know i can walk to the local dairy queen (1.5 miles one way) i can walk the kids there regularly for lemonade...

as soon as the kidneys are better maintained (after the upcoming torture) i'll also be on the blowflex 1.5 hours a day and adding yoga back in.  working out brings me joy...

I take the pooch out for a walk, breathe in the toxic remnants of chemical, roofing, and timber smouldering in the air, and look up to see my old friend Orion looking down upon me. He has been there since well before I was but a child, and hunting the skies he is still. . . Great to see you old friend, but alas your time here is nearly spent this season. Grandpa introduced me to you as a babe of 2 or 3 years of age. I still remember it, and remember to greet you each morning and night when you are here.

Soon you will be on to more southern portions of the skies, and by the end of April I shall bid you farewell until November brings you back to herald in the season of my birth once again!

Give Canis Major and Canis Minor a pat on the head for me, and tell them  I shall miss them greatley on their way, We shall have a feast in your honor within a week or two, and yet another upon your successful return.

Cinch the three Kings tightly so that you do not lose your sword in your travels. . . And I shall await the moment in November when your return brings forth the hunter within myself. A time for killing, a time for feeding, a time for family and friends to gather round the hearth and restore our very souls; in preparation for father winters worst, when the winds of Thor blow coldest.

Your departure beckons the flowers of spring, the leaves in the trees, the animals of the forest to move forth, just as your arrival requires their procreation and withdrawl in November. Safe travels my dear friend Orion. See you again real soon!

no one can say their ex is an expletive with as much conviction as i can.  reprehensibile in absolute.  it will take everything in me not to punch him in the mouth when he comes over on friday.  what he has done will hurt for the rest of my life.  even my current victim remarked, "d@mn.  i know you and i know better.  never would have gone there, nope."

oh how easily the rage envelopes... if it weren't 30 or 40 degrees, i'd walk it off.

speaking of the weather... it was 80 yesterday. 

hooray for ADHD.
