We Lost the Korean War. So Sign the Goddamn Peace Treaty, Already!

The intellectual giants of NK want the US to sign a peace treaty to end the war.  It has never ended.  The US and South Korea only agreed to a Truce.  NK says it will end all aggression and comply with International requests if we sign a peace treaty.  I assume we will have to admit we lost in the treaty.  So what?  Give the little bastards what they want.  Can't hurt.  Nothing else has helped.  Otherwise, what right does the US, or any other nation, have to tell NK they can't build WMD, long range missiles, etc?  Screw it.  Sign the goddamned treaty.
