I was about to become a doubter too after the quick 14.  I also looked back and found out that the Titans have beaten the Seahawks, the 49ers, and the Broncos all this year.  That about made me change my mind.

Yup!  Someone from the organization was going to be shoved into the spotlight by ole' Jimbo to rescue him from his usual dumbassery, and who better than the coach who had a bout with cancer and carries a lot of public sympathy.

It was all PR and I lost whatever respect I had for Pagano - BUT I completely understand the position he was in.  I sincerely doubt Pagano had any real life choice.

I see it as just a prime time example of how corrupt American capitalism has become.
