Well that final pick 6 thrown by Roethlisberger will stick a fork in the Pittsburgh Steelers, and will give Peyton Manning one for the W column with his new team.

Yeah, Denver had a game plan going into the match with Pitts., and even though the "no huddle" was declared a "change-up" look in that plan, when the Bronco coaches called it they told him stay with it because it brought results.

That is what comes with giving Manning time with his receivers and offensive line. His style is all about timing, and anyone watching closely last night saw Manning throw before his receivers were even looking his way. It works and there is little that can be done to defend it other than blitzing the passer to rattle him. And even then, you have to get through the offensive line in order to make it work.

If Denver can sustain this style of play with Manning, and the offensive line holds up, good things are in store for Mile High fans; and Manning.

I am actually very pleased with Luck's performance yesterday.  Keeping in mind he IS still a rookie, with a new front line.  He played against a very good Chicago Bear team ON the road.  Two of his picks were battered in the air.  He had at least four dropped passes.  So, though I am sad to see Peyton leave us, I think this is going to be a very very good move in the long run.  The Colts defense looked very impressive at times, still have much to work on.
I'm thinking if we can muster up an 8-8 season, it will be a positive thing.

4 - 12 at best.  Your 8-8 may happen next year. . .

That's almost exactly what I'm predicting for the Dolphins this year.  Rookie quarterbacks need time to develop.  If I recall correctly, didn't Peyton Manning lose his first NFL game as a starter?

Wow.  One TD and 3 INTs each.   Didn't realize it was so similar.
