The Troll

A California SWAT team busted down a door of a 27 year old father.  A retired Iraq veteran, a master sergeant Marine in his front room.

The sheriff's SWAT thought he was involved with trafficking marijuana.  They busted down his door with a battering ram and when then broke it down they saw him standing in his living room with a rifle.

The SWAT fired 71 rounds of 40 caliber bullets hitting him 22 times.  They found no evidence of any drugs at the house and said they were justified in shooting him because he had a rifle.

It seem that from the case that his brother maybe the one they were after.  No warning until they hit the door and they kill a man defending his family in his own front room.  When are the American people going to wake up and put a stop to these SWAT deadly force paramilitary entrance procedures.

Based on just this information, this appears to be unsettling indeed.  Unfortunately, everything in this post is correct but the details.  It wasn't in California, it was in Arizona and he wasn't simply standing in his living room holding a rifle, he was crouched in a doorway at the end of a hall in a firing position with an assault rifle pointed at the police.  The guy's name is Jose Guerena and there is video of the SWAT raid on the internet that clearly show the officers arriving on his property with lights and siren on and announcing that they were law enforcement before they kicked his door in.  Additionally, here is the probable cause affidavit for the search warrant they were executing which clearly illustrates that he and everyone around him were engaged in a criminal enterprise: http://www.kvoa.com/files/Scanned%20Document0582_000.pdf

Just because a person serves in the military doesn't mean they get to come back home and get a free pass to be a criminal.

Does that mean nobody who suspected of a crime can't be surrounded and given chance to give up.  Instead of smashing and shooting.  These SWAT cops are the cream of the thugs and killers.

I don't think you realize how dangerous those people who deal drugs in those gangs are.

If they arrived with lights and sirens on don't you think he would have been better off standing in the middle of the room with his hands up instead of meeting them with a gun?

He had an opportunity to surrender but chose to grab his assault rifle instead, also endangering his wife and child who were in the house.  The time and place to fight against law enforcement is in court, not in your living room or in a gun battle in the street.  If it weren't for thugs and killers, we wouldn't need SWAT.

Don't get me wrong; I'm the first person to stand up for the little guy when the police abuse their authority.  Guerena was no choir boy despite internet conspiracy theorists' attempts to paint him as such.

I see all of the defense of the SWAT teams.  But tell me how many SWAT TEAM members are killed by these dangers thugs and drug dealers.  Almost none.  But how many people do these SWAT members kill.  A whole lot and some innocent people and kids.

If this the guy was dealing in so much marijuana why was he working at the copper mine shoveling rocks 12 hours a day.  Give me a break.  Some of you people want the police and the SWAT teams to have complete power.  :azz:

Hell, let's give up and declare Marshal Law.    :police: :police: :police: :police: :police: :police: :police: :police: :police: :yeah:  :police: :police: :police: :police: :salute: :flag: :police: :police: :police: :police: :police: :bsflag:  :police: :police: :police: :bs:

A better question might be how this guy managed to have 6 vehicles registered to him with the combined value of 5 of them at over $100,000.00 when he was only making $40K a year and had a wife and baby to support?  Did you even bother to read the affidavit I linked to?

Of course, if they would simply legalize marijuana, it would take the criminal element out of its distribution and we wouldn't have these problems to begin with.

Now that is what I will agree to.  Legalize marijuana!  But then and again what would the lawyers, judges, prosecutors,  prisons systems and bankers do with out this income they get from enforcing this stupid and out dated laws.

are you on drugs?

Nope, not on drugs.  I have woke up to what the police have become.  I still would like to know how many people they kill a year.  I know, It's a Secret.  :police: :police: :police:

Are you on Benzodianzepine or Benzo and still a sleep.  Oh, you have some wonderful cop buddies, who have never misused their police powers.  :rotfl:  :rotfl:   ;)
