Oh, I get it.  If it's a good thing Obama gets credit but if it's a bad thing Bush did it.  So that's why ya'll were bitchin' that it was no big deal and Bush was a bad guy for it not being large enough but now that it may be taken away it becomes a good thing and a major crisis if it isn't extended automatically making it Obama's.  Truly amazing.
