Cracked Heating Exchange

My office is freezing. Our furnace finally died. I guess it partied too hard on New Years and it has finally died.

Not sure when its going to be replaced. The guy took all the measurements a few minutes ago, but it could take a couple of day. Yay. I'm glad its not going to be TOO cold. And luckily we don't have to pay for it--the landlord does. Furnace guy says he's been replacing several furnaces for our landlord. I think I feel sorry for him having to buy a bunch of new furnaces.


Brrr its cold.
