Unemployment insurance, tuition grants, food stamps, child care subsidies and housing assistance. That's not to mention the nation's massive health insurance programs: Medicare and Medicaid. I have to say that as time continues to go by, the more they refuse to act as if they have a modicum of sanity, the more this position is validated!
