This article even goes so far as to say that providing TEENS with the decision is the prudent path!

(Anyone who has been the parent of a male child, and endured the anxiety this medically validated procedure drives, knows full well the health benefits it provides; and every single male reader of this topic also knows full well that no male, over say 6 years of age, in possession of a sound mind will ever voluntarily consent to enduring such a procedure!)

  I had mine at a late date.  It was bandage for a while.  I don't remember it hurting that bad.  I'm glad mom and dad did it.  I proud as hell of my customized dick.  I guess anyone that wants a dirty unhealthy one, go for it.   :biggrin:
