Guys, just to give you a quick update without going into details....we went to a specialist yesterday....in a nutshell, things may not be as they once thought.

A new test next week can/will confirm if anything bad is going on with my wife.  The theory by the new Doc is she may not be in any danger and a simple surgery may possibly fix everything.

But, until then, I am caustiously optimistic...any continued thoughts and prayers will be appreciated.

Hopefully, it will turn out like my wife's biopsy last week -- benign and operable to stop the pain.

This waiting game may be the hardest thing we have had to do, EVER.  We should know something, today or tomorrow.  We did NOT get the news we wanted, but some of the other possibilities will be better than some of the alternatives it could be.

All I know is, that it is times like this that truly define a relationship.  I know that I LOVE MY WIFE....and IF, I could swap places with her, I would do it in second flat.  She is my world.

Guys!

We received word from our Doctor at IU Med Center and the Mel Simon Cancer Center, that my wife has NO CANCER!

She has some inflammation and scar tissue from pancreatitis twenty years ago.  It is being overwhelmed by white blood cells and that is why it should up "red" on the PET Scan.

He believes this can be treated with Steroids or Antibiotics.  The Gall Bladder must go.

I want to thank those of you who supported me through this.  I know we differ on ideologies of several topics, but we have become somewhat of a family on here...and I thank you!

  Sure glad it wasn't the big "C".   You can live a long time with out a gall bladder.  My grandmother live a long, long time with out one.

  Besides that everybody deserves some good luck some time and you got yours at just the right time.  Happy Days.

again thank you all for your support.

I am STILL somewhat overwhelmed with the reception of this news.....We had prepared for the worse, and this came to us out of left field.
