A friend of mine, who I thought was intelligent, has proved me wrong.  She writes a blog and was talking about the end of times and noticed how the Bible doesn't mention the US in the end of times.  She says, "That seems so bizarre, doesn't it?"  But that wasn't the only unintelligent thing she said.  She added this, "There is no map of the US in the back of your bible, because it isn't mentioned in the text of your bible."    :spooked:  Hmmm,  I really hope she realizes the US, let alone North America, wasn't even known to have existed back then.  It amazes me some of the stupid remarks religious people make, especially the ones who I thought were intelligent!
