Happy Thanksgiving Eve!  I will celebrate T-day in a bit of an untraditional way food-wise.  I will have stuffing (using my mom's recipe) because I LOVE stuffing, but no turkey.  I'll be watching football and eating wings and nachos.  That's what happens when your daughter goes to her dad's and boyfriend's homes and your siblings are celebrating with their spouses' families.   :smile:

Going to my daughter's house this year and it will be the first year in forever that I haven't cooked, kind of nice....  :yes: I was, however, asked to make macaroni salad and bunches of it..... His daughter's are coming Sunday and we're having another big fiest then so I won't be skating the entire T-day cook fest.

The jury is deliberating in the murder trial of Michael Slager, the North Charleston police officer who gunned down Walter Scott in the back as he was running away from him.  Things are probably not going to go well if a not guilty verdict is reached.

I haven't been privy to all of the testimony, but I'm not sure how they can be deadlocked given the contents of the video.  The jury is comprised of 11 white people and 1 African-American. :rolleyes:

  I don't understand what you are saying about 1862 again.   :confused:  But I know that December 4th 2016 I will reach 79 years of age.   :yes:  Lordy, I never thought I would live this long, having done some of the dangerous things I have done in the past.   :wink: :biggrin:
