And you will always be known as the hateful dumbass Troll who likes to argue just for the sake of stirring up shit. I guess you have no clue about people who may have other obligations to work in foreign countries- social workers for adoption agencies and I guess that is considered free trade and globalism in your opinion. Your view on someone who got sick is in poor taste.

Just why am I hateful.     You're the one who seem to hate hate and belittle.     Hating anyone who you think is beneath you.     Someone who went to college for 4 years and who hasn't did a day of hard work or created anything in your adult life.   :sarcasm: And you are full of bullshit.  :bsflag:

But my little Sweetie PurpleKookie just like you always say,"you don't know me or anything about me" and it's all in your little bitty mind.   :knife: Have a nice day. :hogslop:

A little nippy this morning, but the after work ride home was worth every second of it. WOW!  8)

Logged about 400 miles today on me bike. I went to meet my Dad and sister for lunch on his 85th b-day. Very enjoyable even though temp was near 90

Best regards,
Duke (wind therapy) Jupiter

That's awesome Duke!  Both on the miles and the birthday!

I envy you Duke, both for knowing the freedom of the ride and being able to visit your dad. I visit my dad and mom at least once a year --at the cemetery.  I go and lean on the tree beside their graves and talk to them a while. Just about time to make that trip again.

That is a fantastic way to spend the day and with your father. My mother has been gone now almost 21 years but my father is the same as yours and I try to visit him and my step-mom, every few months. We are all crazy about our step-mom, she was the next best thing for my dad!

Thank you, Duke!!! I feel that I am blessed for having had him for a father! He is a great man and every so often I am reminded of that song Reba McEntire had that was called the Greatest Man I Never Knew.

Memories: I save up special memories to think about when things go wrong or bad things happen.  As the old song goes:

Dream, when you're feeling blue
Dream, that's the thing to do
Just watch the smoke rings rise in the air
You'll find your share of memories there

So dream when the day is through
Dream, and they might come true
Things never are as bad as they seem
So dream, dream, dream

Today I decided to relax and watch a couple musicals on DVD. I finally decided on Joseph and Fiddler on the Roof. Anyone else enjoy musicals and old movies? We spent most of last week going to, coming home or sitting in two different hospitals. Hubby had a heart cath here and then a second one with stents in Indy the next day. He is home and fine, but it was a long week.
