  Just like the Voter ID laws.  The trumped up law is to prevent voter fraud where there has not been any.  It is to keep the poor, the blacks and the other nonwhite people from voting.  If anyone has noticed this bill, the Voter ID laws has been passed in states with Republican Governors and with Republican controlled legislators.

  I got to say the Republicans will do anything to win.  So you can bet that Turd Blossom, Carl Rowe and the Republican Dirty Tricks Teams will pull everything in this election.  :trustme:

Just pointing out something you may have failed to miss in that story.  It said he produced a wealth of evidence evidence showing the persistent, pervasive and distorting role of race in jury selection throughout North Carolina.  It did not say he produced a wealth of evidence showing he was innocent.  Again you do not know the particulars of the case and are passing judgement.  Anything to stir the pot.

  I heard one good one to get out of jury duty.  I was called to jury duty and during the question and answer interrogation the prosecutor asked this man why he didn't want on jury duty.  The man said, the way I feel about how unfair and distorted way the judicial system is.  If I am forced to be on this jury, I am quite sure you would not like my decision. 

  The man wasn't picked.   :yes:

A little brag...Axel and I participated in the Mutt Strut this past weekend to benefit the Indy Humane Society and raised over $1,600.00 in sponsorships.  Out of an estimated 5,000 participants, we were the fifth largest fund raiser overall!
